Return Policy

1. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

2. Returns due to manufacturing faults require proof in the form of video or images submitted within 5 business days of receipt. Maxtar Lighting covers return shipping costs within 14 days or offers a replacement at no extra charge.

3. We do not ship to PO Boxes or AFO addresses.

4. Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or order confirmation is required for all returns.

5. Transformers are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon approval of the return. Processing times may vary.

7. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s policy, with the retailer acting as the intermediary.

8. Returned products must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a refusal of return or a 30% restocking fee.

9. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except if the product has not been picked up by the courier. Cancellation fees may apply, and shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

10. For late or missing refunds, customers are advised to check their bank accounts and contact their credit card company or bank. If issues persist, contact us at [email protected] with the invoice and/or RA number.

Shipping Policy

We partner with UPS, DHL, Purolator, and Canada Post to handle our shipping services. Our standard delivery time ranges from 5 to 8 business days. Shipping charges are as follows:

– Purchases up to $100: $22.00
– Purchases between $100 and $400: $18.00
– Purchases of $400 and above: Free Shipping
